No Refunds Once Generated

Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of our service, all cocktail recipe orders are non-refundable once the cocktail recipe has been generated. Your cocktail recipe is created instantly upon successful payment, making each order a unique, one-off creation.

Before Your Cocktail is Generated

If payment fails or is cancelled before the cocktail recipe is generated, no charge will be applied and you will not be billed.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents your cocktail recipe from being generated or displayed correctly despite successful payment, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your cocktail recipe. In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver your order, a full refund will be issued.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will review your case and issue a refund for the duplicate order where appropriate.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before completing payment. Once payment is processed and your cocktail recipe generation begins, cancellation is not possible.
