2. Service Description

My Own Cocktail provides a bespoke cocktail recipe design service. We create personalised cocktail recipes based on information you provide through our questionnaire. Each recipe is unique and named after your chosen recipient.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your cocktail recipe is generated immediately upon successful payment. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Packages

Basic Package: Includes a bespoke cocktail recipe displayed on screen with tasting notes and flavour profile.

Basic + Digital Package: Includes everything in Basic plus downloadable PDF certificate, printable recipe cards, QR code for bartenders, and emailed download links.

5. Intellectual Property

All cocktail recipes created through our service are for personal use. You may share your recipe with friends, family, and bartenders. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the recipes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our recipes are designed for entertainment and personal enjoyment. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to ingredients. Please ensure you check all ingredients against known allergies before preparing or consuming any cocktail.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
